Alycia reached into Finn’s lap and felt how hard he was. It was a shame there wasn’t time to pull over for a quickie, but she figured she would be able to pull him into a room at some point. She would need to. Alycia was so horny she was not going to get through the night without doing something wild.

“Hey, careful. I’m going to make a mess in my costume,” Finn objected. He was dressed in all black to be the Executioner to her Queen of Hearts. He had a big ace of hearts sandwich board to wear over his costume in the back, along with a toy axe and a hood.

“The card will cover it,” she teased.

“Come on, I’m serious. Shit, Aly.”

Alycia stopped, but only reluctantly. It would be fun to make him come like that, but she did not want to embarrass him. It would just have to wait until later. And if he still resisted then, well, there would be plenty of guys at the party, she thought naughtily.

The street was all parked up when they arrived and Finn had to park almost a block away. The party was at a typical suburban McMansion—gigantic house on a tiny piece of land. Parking was limited because of all the driveway cut-outs in the curb. Alycia stood there looking chilly while he struggled into the rest of his costume. She had little protection from the night’s chill. Her make-up had been refreshed in the car and her costume was back in place. No one would guess what she’d been up to. She hugged a bottle of expensive vodka to her chest. Once Finn was arranged he took her hand and they walked up the sidewalk. They could hear the music from three houses away and he tried to ignore the pit in his stomach when Alycia knocked on the front door. There was no answer, so she twisted the knob and let them in.

The party was hopping. It was no surprise no one heard her knock. They came into a foyer with a high ceiling and a curving stairway off to the right, which led upstairs to the bedrooms. There were rooms on their side, both of which were occupied by several people. The room to the right was dimly lit and different music came from it. There was more of a chill vibe. The other room was lit and looked like a home office, but someone sat at the computer, showing something to a semicircle of people gathered around behind him. Directly ahead was a large dining room that led back further into the house. Alycia pulled him that way.

The back of the house was all open plan, with a great room and a huge kitchen. The second floor hallway was a balcony above the room, and patio doors led to a sizable back deck. The space was fairly packed with more than a couple dozen people milling around. A large, L-shaped section was arranged around a fireplace and the television mounted above it. People were sitting there talking, while others stood around them. A long, oak kitchen table had been pushed against the wall and was covered with foods, which left an open space to dance. The music seemed to come from nowhere, until Finn released there were speakers mounted into the walls. It was a lot for him to take in all at once. He preferred small, intimate gatherings.

“Oh my god! I can’t believe you actually showed up!”

A short, dark-haired woman parted from the crowd and hugged Alycia tightly. Her witch costume was pretty much just a very tight little black dress, leggings, dark make-up and a pointy black witch hat. She carried a broom as a prop. She introduced herself to Finn as Debbie. Debbie was cute, a little thick for his tastes, but her incredible cleavage more than made up for that. She looked to be only about five feet tall, and most of it was tits. An amiable guy with messy brown hair and a thick beard followed Debbie and introduced himself as her husband, Billy. Billy had an easy-going vibe and Finn liked him immediately.

“Of course I showed up. I always do what I say I will, don’t I?” Alycia said. “Besides, how could I miss a party with this crew? They just don’t happen too often anymore.”

“That’s because we all have grown up responsibilities now. We’d probably be dead if we tried to keep going like we used to,” Debbie said.

“Don’t listen to her, honey. It’s not that bad,” Alycia reassured Finn, squeezing his arm.

“Not until the drinking really starts,” Billy said.

“Maybe I’m going to try and be good tonight,” Alycia insisted.

Billy took time to absorb her in that revealing costume, and said, “Yeah. I’ll believe it when I see it. Come on, Finn, I’ll show you where the beer is.”

Finn didn’t like being separated from Alycia, but he did not want to be rude. Billy proved to be a good guide, introducing Finn to people as they moved through the crowd and explaining their relationships to each other. Finn tried to file it all away, but there was no way he was going to remember everyone’s name. He was glad when he got his hands on a cold beer from the keg on the deck. He was already overheating in his costume. He pulled the hood back so it was off of his face.

“So you guys have all known each other for a long time?” Finn asked.

“Some of us have known each other since high school. The core of us has a pretty twisted, incestuous relationship. I met Debbie in college, though. Don’t worry, newcomers are always welcome.”

“Thanks,” Finn replied, wondering just what twisted and incestuous meant.

“Hope you’re not a douchebag like Aly’s ex.”

Finn chuckled uneasily. “I don’t think I am.”

“Nobody liked him. He was so uptight. I think that’s why Aly stopped coming around. He just couldn’t hang. Really jealous type, too.”

  “That I am not.”

Billy laughed and slapped him on the back. “Obviously. He would have never let her out of the house wearing that.”

“Maybe I should go find her.”

  “That’s not a bad idea.”

Finn pushed back through the crowd, noting that most people were just standing and chatting in the space meant for dancing. He didn’t think too many people danced at house parties anyway. He found Alycia in the kitchen, talking to Debbie and two other couples. One couple was the hosts, Sue and Don. Sue was a pretty, perky blonde and was dressed like a flapper from the 1920s. Finn wondered if her short bob was for the costume, or if she always wore her hair that way. Don was a big, jolly guy. He had that salesman’s personality that can effortlessly take over a room. Finn tended to distrust guys like that, but Don seemed nice. He was dressed like a 1920s gangster, to match his wife. They both welcomed Finn warmly.

Alycia watched carefully as Finn introduced himself to Eric and Cerina, the other couple. She knew there was a good possibility that her ex could be there, but she had not told Finn. She did not think he would care, but why create drama if it could be avoided? Not that there was any reason to be concerned. It had been a long time since she had been with Eric. It was back in her early 20s, and was one of those brief, intense relationships that young people are prone to having.

It had been years since Alycia had even seen Eric—it was before she was married—and he had held up well. Eric was shorter than average, but compensated for it by working out and the dark suit he wore did not hide the hours he spent in the gym. The suit jacket was stretched over his broad shoulders and the sleeves hugged his biceps. His dark hair had begun to go gray at the temples, and his goatee was flecked with gray. Eric was in even better shape than when they’d been together, but Alycia tried not to think about that.

Finn noticed there was something weird between Alycia and Eric. Eric was drinking her in—not that all the guys at the party weren’t, but in a seemingly more intimate way. He was checking out her body like he was familiar with it.

Not that Eric had a reason to be looking. Finn had trouble keeping his eyes off of Eric’s date, Cerina. Apparently, the couple came as Christian Grey and Ana from 50 Shades of Grey. Cerina’s tiny black bustier dress was sculpted to her curves and left very little to the imagination. Her tits strained at the bustier, while the Lycra skirt barely covered her ass and left the lacy tops of her stockings exposed. Finn noted she kept pulling at it. A pair of handcuffs was locked over her right wrist, she wore a thin leather collar, and she carried a riding crop. The costume gave Finn an unexpected thrill. Finn also
noted that Cerina bore a passing resemblance to Alycia. Both women had black hair and were similarly pretty, but Cerina was several inches shorter and rounder in the curves. If he was correct about Eric and Alycia having a past, the guy had a type.

“You’ve got a great house,” Finn said.

“Thanks,” Don said. “It’s our refuge from the rest of the world. We have three girls, so we needed a lot of bedrooms. Remind me, and I’ll give you the nickel tour at some point.”

“Where are the kids?” Alycia asked.

“With Don’s parents,” Sue answered. “We don’t have to get them until tomorrow evening, thank god.”

“These parties can go pretty late,” Eric told Finn. “Getting the kids on only a couple hours sleep would be rough.”

“I can imagine,” Finn replied. He really couldn’t. He thought of suburban people with kids as more boring—certainly not partying until the sun came up. He’d always assumed that when he settled down and had children that would be the time to slow down.

“Hey, everyone needs a chance to cut loose, right? You don’t stop living just because you had kids,” Alycia said.

“No way!” Cerina said. “Luckily, this is the weekend the ex has mine.”

“So you can go all night, babe,” Sue said.

Cerina lifted her glass and toasted Sue. Alycia joined in. “Count on it,” Cerina said.

The small talk gradually petered out and Finn joined Alycia to mingle with the crowd. She didn’t know everyone at the party, but she seemed to know quite a few people. Finn stuck close to her side, but he did not want her to feel like she had to babysit him. He would probably end up doing what he usually did when at a party full of people he didn’t know, retreat to a corner and people watch.

Alycia knew her boyfriend wasn’t the most social guy in the world, and she was proud of him for rallying to hang out with her friends. She would richly reward him later. She noticed he was only sipping his drink, while she was draining her cup about as fast as she could fill it. If Finn wasn’t really going to drink, that meant he could drive and she did not have to limit herself. It was another thing that made him an awesome boyfriend. She pulled him over to the corner of one of the couches and pushed him down to sit so she could plop herself in his lap. Her dress rode up dangerously high, but she did not bother to fix it. Finn put his hand on her exposed thigh.

“Have I told you how hot you look tonight?” he asked.

“There might have been a few clues that you like my costume.” She pulled the executioner mask down over his face again, and commented, “That’s kinda hot. You don’t mind wearing that later, do you?”

“Later for what?” he asked knowingly.

Alycia leaned in close and whispered, “I can pretend you’re some anonymous guy who just dragged me into a bedroom and took me.”

  “Are you going to resist?”

“Just enough to make it fun.”

Finn felt his cock growing just thinking about it and wondered if it was too early in the night to drag her off. Fucking her in some room at the party sounded exciting. He had never done anything like that before, but suspected it was old hat for Alycia.

“You always know how to make it fun, Aly.” Finn’s hand crept higher up her leg. He glanced around and was relieved that the party was too busy for anyone to really pay them any attention. His fingers stretched under the hem of her dress and he felt the damp heat between her thighs. She parted her thighs just slightly and his fingertips brushed her wet panties.

“Mmm, you mean tease,” she cooed, biting his earlobe through the hood.

Finn chuckled. “I’m the tease? Have you looked in the mirror? I’ve been dying to fuck you since I picked you up. And I’m not the only one here.”

Alycia squirmed her butt in his lap, making him harder. She liked feeling his hard-on, just as she liked knowing that the guys at the party appreciated her costume. She didn’t miss the looks she’d gotten from the guys. A couple had even accidently groped her ass as she pressed through the crowd.

“Maybe we should give ourselves a tour of the house,” he suggested.

“Let me freshen my drink and I’ll meet you right back here.”

  “Sounds like a plan.”

But Alycia did not come right back. Finn sat there for twenty or so minutes and then gave up and went looking for her. He did not find her in any of the downstairs rooms or out on the deck. He hesitated to look upstairs because it seemed that the party was confined to the ground floor, until he found out there was also a basement. The basement wasn’t finished, but apparently there was a pool table down there, and some of the partygoers had gathered down there. Finn went down the surprisingly rickety steps, but did not find his girlfriend down there.

Finn did not find Alycia because she was sitting on the front steps catching up with Debbie. Debbie wanted to have a cigarette and Alycia agreed to tag along. The girls also snagged a bottle of whipped cream flavored vodka from the counter and went out the front door. Alycia just lost track of time.

“Shit, I haven’t done this in ages,” Alycia said, taking a deep drag on Debbie’s cigarette.

“Then you shouldn’t start again now. It’s a terrible habit.” Debbie took the cigarette back and drew on it. They been outside catching up for quite a while before Alycia broke down and asked for Debbie’s cigarette.

“I’ve broken terrible habits before. I can do it again.” She took the cigarette back.

“That’s true. So is this new one a bad habit, or something else?”

“I think he’s one of the good ones.”

“And you don’t find that boring?”

“I appreciate your skepticism, but no, not yet.”

Debbie considered that and took a swig from the vodka bottle. “That’s nice and vague. I would assume that if you brought him around us he’s got staying potential.”

“Oh, he does.” Alycia took the bottle back. “Maybe I’ve become more boring over the years.”

“That could be, though I suspect if that’s true it’s only because of who you’ve been with. I don’t think it was by your choice.”

Alycia tried to look offended. “You don’t think I’ve grown up?”

“I didn’t say that. I just think some people have a wild child in them that never goes away. Besides, growing up is overrated.”

The women sat close together on the front step to share their body heat against the cooling night. Neither of them was wearing much to keep the chill away. Debbie lit another cigarette and they swapped the bottle back and forth for the smoke.

“Remember that trip back in—God, when was that—2006…2007? That camping trip to Rickets Glen?” Debbie asked.

“Oh sweet Jesus. That feels like another lifetime. I think it took almost two days to come down from the high.”

“And we sat there under the stars and we swore we’d never let anything change. We’d get older, but we’d never grow up.”

Alycia laughed. “But then you went and got knocked up. You had to grow up.”

“I don’t know about that. Billy’s fought it as hard as he can.”

“He’s a good man,” Alycia stated.

“He is. But he really does need to grow up more. He’s not great at handling life’s setbacks.”

“But he’s fun and he loves you like crazy. That’s more than a lot of people get.”

  “I know you’re right.”

Debbie snuggled in closer to her friend. “We also swore we would never grow apart. How did that happen?”

“I have to take the blame for that one. My asshole husband thought you were a bad influence.”

“Why would he ever think that?”

Debbie turned and kissed Alycia. It was not quite a friendly, hello kiss, but it did not linger too long.

“Yeah, why would he think that?” Alycia echoed.

Alycia started the kiss this time, and it was decidedly not just a friendly peck. She darted her tongue right into Debbie’s mouth, and her friend
chased it when Alycia withdrew it. Debbie nibbled on her lip and Alycia sighed into the kiss, before thrusting her tongue right back her friend. Her free hand held the back of Debbie’s head and stroked her hair. Debbie’s kiss was one of the hottest she’d had in a while, and Alycia forgot all about the chilly night. All the reasons she’d loved kissing girls came rushing back, and she wondered why she’d ever stopped. And Debbie was a great kisser. The friends had not hooked up much in the past, but it was always fun and sexy when they had. Alycia felt chills that slithered right down to her pussy. She dropped the bottle and started groping for Debbie’s full breasts.

Neither of the girls knew how long they kissed. It was Debbie who finally breathlessly pulled back. The women stared at each other for an intense minute, and then they both laughed hysterically.
